Saffron Turkish Grill and Cafe opened in the last week of February 2022.
They're in Eglinton Street, in the very spacious restaurant underneath the snooker club, which was previously the home of Istanbul Street Foods.
Open from 12-noon every day until 3am the following morning, the aim is to provide Galway city with authentic Turkish kebabs and cuisine.
The menu is based around chicken and lamb doner, shish and intended, as well so branching out to include lamb chops, chicken wings and burgers.
