Update: just a year after opening, this cafe morphed into Merge.
This Galway city branch of an Irish (Athlone-based) donut cafe opened in mid-March 2022, just before St Patrick's Day.
They're located right in the heart of the city centre, where Shop Street becomes High Street, in the premises that was previously Boston Donuts - between Tom Nally Barbers and the former Griffin's Bakery.
The menu includes delightfully decorated doughnuts, creative cupcakes and Badger & Dodo coffee. They also have an on-line custom cake ordering service, and do a range of gift boxes (you need to order these online, 24 hours in advance).
It's pretty much a takeaway, but there are a couple of tables on the street outside, while it's warm anyways.
