Jump Juice Bars opened their first store in Waterford in 2003. Now they have juice-bars all over Ireland, and on Friday 14 April 2023 they opened their 2nd Galway city store, downstairs in the Eyre Square Shopping Centre, immediately opposite the new Penney's entrance.
The kiosk they are in is right next door the mini Studio 102 salon, and just along from Healing Earth holistic products. It was home to Yankee Candles, but for the last few years has been used for storage. Jump! have given the place a makeover, and it's now a light, bright and attractive juice store, complementing the coffee shop and ice-cream parlours in the area.
The full menu is on offer: juices (choose a base from orange, apple, cucumber or carrot and add up to four from beetroot, kale, spinach, avocado, ginger, strawberry), smoothies (including six vegan, 6 boosted and ten protein options), crepes, toppers (frozen yoghurt with your choice of strawberry, blueberry, pineapple, grape, bananas, honey, nutella, chocolate), plus tea, coffees and hot chocolate.
