Roots Café chain took over the cafe behind the Home Gallery in Briarhill Business Park (where Gordon's Bistro used to be - and before that Papa Rich) at the start of 2021.
The decor didn't change much, but the menu switched to Root's Italian-inspired cafe fare.
At the end of August 2023, they put up a sign saying they were closed for Race Week - and just never came back again!
