Galway's newest Starbucks cafe eventually opened in the last full week of
October 2023, after teasing people in local media and advertorial sites for
a good few weeks.
It's located in Edward Square, next to the Dunnes Stores entrance, in a converted shop that was previously a Miss Selfridge clothing store, before the parent company, Arcadia Ltd closed down.
Like any Starbucks, the coffee is great, and comes with lots of options. The food is their standard menu. The decor is well - a Starbucks. There's a small amount of outdoor seating, which comes with plenty of people-watching opportunities.
